
At S.P.I.C.E, Social Justice through Community Advocacy and Activism is a high priority. Everyone deserves respect and compassion regardless of their background or circumstances. Therefore, S.P.I.C.E aims to promote societal responsibility, hand-up initiatives, and education services for long-term sustainability through community building approaches. This collaborative approach ensures that we are all part of a more significant movement, striving to make a difference to those who are in need. But we don’t stop here, we are equally committed to minimizing adverse circumstances contributing to homelessness and other less-than-desirable situations that negatively impact families. S.P.I.C.E provides education that will optimize sustainability through cost-effective educative initiatives that will continue evolving based on the needs of the communities served.

At S.P.I.C.E, our mission is to provide exceptional support to individuals facing challenging situations, with great attention to those experiencing homelessness and displaced children and youth. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through compassionate and professional services with nominal fees based on income and circumstances.
S.P.I.C.E vision is to be a prominent nonpartisan organization alongside others, raising awareness of the injustices faced by those experiencing homelessness while simultaneously supporting those in other compromised environments.
The provision of consultation and advocacy services are for those who support compromised environments or for those who are within compromised environments. The client base may include but is not limited to homeless communities, private and public schools and colleges, private and public healthcare institutions, behavioral health communities, other community organizations, and individuals or groups within communities of need. The client base statement is purposely broad as it is impossible to identify all clients that may fit the criteria that align with the mission and vision of S.P.I.C.E.
The highest priority of S.P.I.C.E is to advocate for awareness and initiatives encompassing combating homelessness, including other areas where humans are deemed disposable. Through social justice initiatives and policy changes, S.P.I.C.E aims to minimize consequential occurrences that stimulate homelessness, poverty, and other detrimental occurrences.
Education and consultant services primarily include subacute facilities, nursing program development, nursing program accreditation writing, and college visit preparation, academic programmatic improvements, private and public service improvements, and faculty development. Consultant Services by S.P.I.C.E require ongoing collaboration of our clients as it is a service to you encompassing your vision.
American Heart Association, Basic Life Support, CPR, may be provided directly to an organization’s group or the public as a service to individuals. This service is predominantly directed to those who work in healthcare institutions.
American Heart Association Heart Saver, Basic Life Support, and First Aid may be provided directly to an organization’s group or the public as a service to individuals. This service is predominantly directed to those who work in homecare or other organizations outside healthcare institutions.
The Medication Aide program is scheduled to go live in the third quarter of 2025. Scholarships to assist with fees may be offered as based on income.
The Nursing Assistant program is scheduled to go live in the fourth quarter of 2025. Scholarships to assist with fees may be offered as based on income.
S.P.I.C.E is committed to advocating for and engaging with our community to better ourselves and contribute to the greatness of our society. Our unwavering dedication involves helping those displaced, keeping families together, and providing training services to promote sustainability and in other capacities. While we are unable to attend all functions, we will participate as often as we are able with others who strive to contribute to the betterment of others through advocacy and service to others.
While the goal of S.P.I.C.E is to expand into other cities and states across the United States, we are dedicated to our current areas of operation. The home state is Indiana, and it serves all surrounding communities of Indianapolis and other cities within Indiana. S.P.I.C.E is open to providing training services in Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, and surrounding areas. S.P.I.C.E may serve other states and regions for group training or consultation services upon request.
